Yoga found me at a very low point in life, where I felt lost, disconnected, and emotionally
overwhelmed. My commitment to my yoga practice was a catalyst for my personal growth and healing. It was my path back home to myself. I have a deep admiration for yoga’s ability to aid in transformation and am grateful to have found it when I needed it most. It is an honor to share this practice with others. My aim as a teacher is to offer a safe space for you to become present and tune in; to become stronger - both physically and mentally, and to deepen your connection with yourself -ultimately leading to greater self-awareness and confidence.
