Prenatal yoga classes are designed for your pregnancy experience. Classes are created with the intention of meeting each student in the room to provide tools and practices that serve and support throughout pregnancy, labor & delivery. The offerings of the class guide students in finding more ease with movement, breath & community.  Prenatal Yoga creates a unique and beautiful opportunity to come together with intention & support at a very transformational time of life.

This class is open to moms-to-be & women hoping to conceive.

In 2016, she completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training and a second 200 hour teacher training with mentorship in Austin, TX in 2018. Sara has trained with a prenatal focus in 2017 with Amy Bidrman and in 2019 with Jane Austin (SF), both childbirth workers & prenatal yoga teachers.

"Prenatal Yoga Class with me begins with check-ins – this is your chance to share where you’re at and what you need. We follow with meditation & breath. With breath, we continue into gentle and strengthening movements. We explore poses that honor you, your body & your baby. We wind down into the support & stillness of Savasana, resting pose. Expect to be greeted in cOMmunity and support to find and experience the best options of the practice for you." -Sara
