Prenatal yoga classes are designed for your pregnancy experience. Classes are created with the intention of meeting each student to provide tools and practices that serve and support throughout pregnancy, labor & delivery. The offerings of the class guide students in finding more ease with movement, breath & community. Prenatal Yoga creates a unique and beautiful opportunity to come together with intention & support at a very transformational time of life.
