
Peace be with you, yogis!
I have always loved exploring new art and movement forms. Over the past decade, yoga has remained one of my few consistent practices, always welcoming me back and inviting new opportunities for growth. Practicing yoga both on and off the mat has positively impacted my life in numerous ways, and my intention in teaching is to create space for others to access these same healing benefits — to dig deep and reconnect with their bodies, their environments, and their true essence. Trained in the Hatha tradition, I love incorporating elements of Vinyasa into my flows. I’m very passionate about women’s health and advocate for a holistic movement practice that complements and balances our cycles. As the micro, so the macro; as on the inside, so on the outside… healing begins internally.
