Maggie Tippayasanti

“Coming from an overworked small business owner, I found yoga and fell in love with it. Yoga for me is not just only stretching, strengthening, and balancing but also learning to love myself and accepting who I am and what I am capable of. Practicing yoga provides me a safe space to just be myself, a place where I can think of nothing but breath, and relaxation after a long stressful day. My passion is to cultivate my well-being and perhaps influence well beings in others as well.
Besides teaching, I am an advocate providing support to domestic violence and human trafficking survivors.
