Nirel (RYT-500) first came to yoga as an activity to complement her active lifestyle, but when life became stressful, she found solace in her yoga practice. It was at this point that Nirel fell in love with yoga. Nirel continues to look to yoga as an integral part of her holistic health and remains passionate about educating others about yoga’s health benefits. Her mission is to provide students with a supportive environment for exploration and translate mindful awareness from the yoga mat to life. Nirel’s classes weave meditation and mindfulness techniques together with alignment-focused asana practice. She believes that no matter who you are, everyone can learn and benefit from yoga.
