Sara believes in life and living through the lens of yoga. Simply put - she lives her Yoga, or at least the intention, everyday. Sara’s classes are inspired from her varied practice, exploration and trainings covering hatha, vinyasa, Iyengar, Forrest, yin, prenatal, and kids yoga. She finds the poses to be inspiring templates to move the body through and that everybody has its own, unique and safe alignment. As a breath-centered movement and meditation practice, her students are encouraged to explore their mind, body and spirit both on and off the mat. Sara believes yoga is a vehicle for connection, evolution and true transformation.
