Colleen (RYT 200) was introduced to yoga after 14 years of gymnastics left her body aching and stiff, yet longing for a physical challenge. Pain from a back injury had become the everyday norm until a consistent yoga practice eliminated the discomfort completely. This influenced her to become a yoga teacher and provide students with the same benefits she received through the practice. Colleen teaches all level, alignment based vinyasa flows that give students the physical challenge they were searching for and the stress relief they didn’t know they needed. She is continuing her yoga education and is set to obtain her 500hr certification in late 2019.
