Emma’s goal as a teacher is to teach from the heart. Inviting students into a classroom and a flow that is accessible to all bodies and all levels. Being welcoming, calming, and encouraging are traits she strives to have shine through as she guides yogis through a flow. Emma’s classes are a safe space for all to come and explore yoga.
