Mayank has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years. His teaching style is joyful and inclusive, blending flow concepts with alignment. His classes vary in type from Gentle to Restorative yoga. A strong believer in mindfulness meditation, Mayank always weaves these elements into his classes.
Mayank is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP) with Yoga Alliance. He completed his teacher training with Divine Yoga School in 2023 and continues to deepen his knowledge.
