Yoga saved my life. I embody it as a path and a practice that connects me to the present moment through the interplay between my breath, psychology, and physiology. It has helped me heal from trauma and ptsd, and learn tools to quiet my mind and open my heart. Because of yoga, I choose unity, integrity, love, and service. Because of yoga I engage from a place of deeper joy, and gratitude knowing the moments we live whether discomfort or pleasure are not our definition or limit. This is the potential yoga has that I hope to share with my students.
